MEET DAMON

 

Damon Clark (Navajo Nation) is a J.D./M.B.A. candidate at the University of Arizona, focused on the intersection of law, policy, and economic development in Indian Country. He serves as President of the National Native American Law Students Association (2026–2027), where he works to strengthen national connections, expand career pathways, and support the next generation of Native legal leaders.

Damon earned his undergraduate degree from Harvard University. He brings experience across federal, tribal, and nonprofit sectors, including work with the White House Office of Management and Budget and as a Udall Intern with the U.S. Department of the Interior, where he served in the Office of the Assistant Secretary for Indian Affairs. His work has engaged policy areas such as tribal governance, natural resources, and economic development. He has also contributed to initiatives with the Navajo Nation Office of Government Development, supporting sovereignty, legal systems, and community-driven advocacy.
